Lately I've been feeling unorganized and overwhelmed; like my house and household are getting away from me. I'd once before utilized the FlyLady system for dealing with CHAOS (Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome) with some success, and I decided to start it again. Especially when I read and e-mail about somebody who used Post-It notes for their daily reminders instead of simply relying on the lists in the Control Journal.
"Post-Its could help me, too!" I thought. With Post-It Notes, it wouldn't end up an out of sight, out of mind situation, which was my downfall my first time around with this system. I could actually be organized. My house could actually be clean. I could actually go to sleep at night without my brain whirling trying to remember what I need to do the next day, the next week, the next month.
Here's my kitchen cabinet, which is now my FlyLady Post-It board. My To Do List. As I complete each task, the Post-It is pulled down and thrown away. It's working for me so far.
Post-production included sharpening, noise reduction, brightness/contrast adjustment and the border addition.
