No, it's not a political statement -- just my son's shoes. I challenged myself to do something I hadn't done in a long time (before yesterday's photo); take a centered photo straight on.
I have a hard time with completely centered photos. I've seen some that are beautiful, but mine just never look good. There's no interest. Too static. Same thing here, but I overcame my fear and did it anyway.
Post-processing: It's almost a waste to keep typing this, but I'll do it anyway. Noise reduction, sharpening, curves adjustment, border addition.
