It's a high ISO shot of my living room clock. When I first started processing the picture, I had planned to brighten it up in Photoshop. When I tried that, I was horrified. Sheesh! Don't I ever dust in my house?
Actually, I do, but for some reason, my clock was very dirty. Brightening up the shot showed all that dirt, and we couldn't have that. So I left it dark. Dark is cool. Dark has more character. And leaving the shot dark makes it more mysterious, right?
Right?
Post-processing: noise reduction, sharpening, a little bit of healing brush, border addition.
