Pollen Attack!

DAY 98

08 APR 09

In Locked and Loaded, I talked about what pine pollen does to all of metro Atlanta every spring. I thought it'd be nice if I showed you. Here we have pine pollen that has flown and blanketed and turned my truck yellow.

I usually don't bother to even wash my truck until pine season is over; it's futile. You wash your vehicle, and ten minutes later it looks like it hasn't seen water in weeks. It's kind of depressing. So I avoid depression. I conserve water. And my truck runs bath-free for a few weeks.

Post-processing: noise reduction, sharpening, border addition.
